Our Viennese workshop on TV
Since our language school DIALOG with its colourful course programme was founded in Vienna, we have also been running our popular Viennese workshop. Not only foreign-language German course participants, but also many interested people from our favourite neighbouring country Germany 😉 have benefited from our native language skills. Puls4 as a guest at DIALOG
When Puls4 was our guest, Flavian from France (very talented!) and Tim from Great Britain learnt Viennese from Michi from Meidling. Here you can see their attempts:
Comedians from Germany
In Austria – and we think in the rest of the world too – we have our doubts about humour from Germany. Three comedians, accompanied by the cameras of Comedy Central, tried to learn Viennese with us. You can judge for yourselves whether it’s funny:
Viennese TV station W24
A German TV reporter from W24 was to receive tuition from us. There were also some participants (from Finland and Russia, among others) who took part in our German company courses at RadarCS in order to finally understand their Austrian colleagues better.
DIALOG in the top 10
The Berlin-based TV channel rbb has compiled 50 reasons to love Vienna. The fact that our Viennese workshop made it into the top 10 is of course a very special compliment. Jean-Paul from Peru and Yacine from Algeria also honed their Viennese skills on this occasion. Here are all 50 reasons in the ARD media centre.
2024: Heute
In 2024, the free daily newspaper Heute was also our guest. The predominantly German workshop participants were able to learn our wonderful dialect in proper style over Ottakringer beer & Käsekrainer. You can find the video in this article.
