It was time again for a DIALOG team event! This time something very special was waiting for us: thanks to our win in the 1000things competition, we were able to experience an exclusive cookery course in the charming Franz von Grün restaurant. We were only able to take part in a small group as some of us had to cancel due to illness, but that didn’t dampen the good mood.
From the field to the plate – and a hint of apricot in the pumpkin cream soup
At Franz von Grün, they live by the slogan “From the field to the plate”: many ingredients come from their own fields, fresh and selected with love. Our culinary highlight? An autumnal pumpkin cream soup with a special twist! The chefs gave us their secret tip: a hint of apricot gives the soup a perfect balance of sweetness and flavour.
Cooking, laughing and savouring
After cooking, we enjoyed the prepared dishes together and brought the afternoon to a convivial close. The relaxed atmosphere, the valuable tips from the kitchen and of course the delicious food made this an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to 1000things and the team from Franz von Grün – a team event that inspired us and enriched our culinary experience!
The team event at DIALOG was a complete success – a successful mix of great atmosphere, enjoyment, mutual recognition for good work and lots of fun!
